섬유로 보강하여 내구성을 높인 패킹으로 열전도성과 마찰력을 향상시켰으며, 특히 슬러치가 많이
함유되어 패킹의 수명이 단축되는 것을 방지하므로 제지산업(초지, 탈묵라인) 및 제당산업(원당이
경화되어 패킹의 수명이 단축되는 PUMP)에 뛰어난 성능을 보이는 패킹이며 Z-PAC 장착시
Inner Ring과 Outer Ring으로 사용시에 향상된 성능을 보장합니다.
Graphite filled P.T.F.E Fibre which is capable of good friction and heat conduction is reinforced with aramid fibre. It is suitable for water, waste process equipment, hot water, oil, gases and solvents of mild acidity and alkalinity and for machineries of revolving and reciprocating movement.

P.T.F.E에 고순도 흑연, 특수 윤활제를 분산시켜 제조된 특수 섬유에 P.T.F.E섬유사를 혼합하여 모서리
부분을 보강하여 윤활성이 좋으며, 부식성에 강한곳에 특히 알코올을 사용하는 펌프, 화학표백제
사용펌프에 적합한 패킹이다.
The edge of the packing is reinforced with Graphite filled P.T.F.E Fibre mixed with P.T.F.E Fibre for better lubrication especially at higher speeds. It is suitable for strong corrosive fields, especially for pumps using strong purified water such as liqueur and alcohol and as chemical bleaching agent in paper companies, soaking facilities and for machines with injection pump or absorption eliminator.

특수 섬유사를 혼합하여 편조한 제품으로 우수한 윤활작용, 인장강도, 부식성에 대한 저항력이 좋으며,
부식성 용액 및 분산작용이 필요한 곳에 좋은 패킹이다.
Non-asbestos fibres are mixed and braided. It has excellent lubrication and good resistance against corrosion. It is suitable in places requiring corrsoive solution and heat dispersion. It is used for reciprocating machines, revolving machinery shafts, pump pistons and automatic water pressure arrangement valves.

각 모서리 부분은 강인한 아라미드 섬유로 구성되어 있으며 열방산성과 윤활작용을 향상시키기 위해
P.T.F.E에 고순도 흑연, 특수 윤활제를 분산시켜 제조된 특수섬유와 P.T.F.E섬유사를 혼합하여 편조된
제품으로 슬러치가 많은 PUMP에 좋은 제품이다.
Non-asbestos fibres are mixed and braided. It's structure is similar to that of SSI-706
except that it has greater tensile strength.

내약품성 및 내구성이 우수한 P.T.F.E 섬유에 각모서리 부분의 취약점을 특수합성사가 보강된 패킹으로 슬러치가 포함된 모든 화학약품의 고속 PUMP에 사용되며 PURE P.T.F.E 패킹보다 수명이 연장되는 제품이다.
This is used for high speed pumps of all chemical medicines containing sludge with the packing supplemented with special synthetic thread for the weak inspect of each corner of P.T.F.E Fiber. It has excellent durability against medicine and it has longer life than pure P.T.F.E packing.

dispersion of highiy purified plumbabo to P.T.F.E This packing consists of the remants of sludge and other current lines to prolong its life.
